VNR Common Units definition

VNR Common Units means the common units representing limited liability company interests in VNR, which are traded publicly on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol VNR.
VNR Common Units means the common units representing limited liability company interests in VNR having the rights and obligations specified with respect to “Common Units” in the VNR LLC Agreement.
VNR Common Units means the common unit representing limited liability company interests in Vanguard.

  • Class B Common Shares means the Class B Convertible Voting Common Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
