VNR Common Units definition

Examples of VNR Common Units in a sentence

  • The VNR Conflicts Committee and the VNR Board shall recommend approval of the New Common Unit Issuance to the holders of VNR Common Units, and VNR shall take all reasonable lawful action to solicit such approval by the holders of VNR Common Units.

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • Class B Common Shares means the Class B Convertible Voting Common Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share.
