Volume Allowance definition

Volume Allowance means the container volume Customer is permitted to consume (monthly or annually) during the Subscription Term as set forth in the applicable Order Form. A container is deemed “consumed” on the date it arrives at port of discharge, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form.
Volume Allowance means the monthly amount of all IP packets (header and payload) in GB to and from the OneWeb Approved Equipment as measured at the OneWeb PoP provided for in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement that is included in the MRC.

  • Terms defining price and capacity for volume tendered above the Surge Volume Allowance.

  • Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) Fees are based on Services purchased, (ii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and Fees paid are non-refundable, and (iii) the Volume Allowance as set forth in the applicable Order Form will not be decreased during the relevant Subscription Term.

  • The Sales Volume Allowance is paid as additional cash flow commissions on all new deposits received during the calendar year (i.e. internal exchanges are excluded) to contracts qualifying for this allowance.

  • The limitations contained in this paragraph shall apply to a successor holder of the Series B-3 Preferred Stock.

  • Supplier shall pay to ARAMARK a volume Allowance (the "Volume Allowance") at the rate of 2.6% of total purchases of Products made by ARAMARK and its Participating Locations.

  • Deposits to American Legacy Shareholder's Advantage and American Legacy Group products are not eligible for the Sales Volume Allowance.

Related to Volume Allowance

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and

  • Annual Earnings means your gross annual income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to the date of loss. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.
