Volume Threshold definition

Volume Threshold means a number of Common Shares equal to the quotient of (a) the number of Advance Shares requested by the Company in an Advance Notice divided by (b) 0.30.
Volume Threshold means, with respect to any three month period described in Exhibit B, a number of hectoliters equal to forty percent (40%) of the Requirements for such three month period.
