This Agreement is entered pursuant and subject to the Volunteer Protection Act of 1997, 42 U.S.C. §§ 14501, et seq., and S.C. Code Sections 8-25-10 through 8-25-50 (1976 as amended) for the activities generally stated in the attached Volunteer Job Description.
You agree to carry out the tasks outlined in the Volunteer Job Description for your position.

You are expected to check the Volunteer Job Board on a regular basis to see what jobs are available; and to only offer to work if you know you can perform the task and work on the designated day or days.
