Voting Delegates. Any person herein duly authorized as an authorized representative may represent the organization as a voting delegate provided that person is not the voting delegate for any other membership.

  • Voting group means all shares of one or more classes or series that under the articles of incorporation or the Act are entitled to vote and be counted together collectively on a matter at a meeting of shareholders.
