Voting Hearing definition

Voting Hearing means the court hearing scheduled pursuant to Section 255(1)(2o) DBA, which is set at 09.30 (CET) on 3 September 2021 or a hearing of the SoP Committee of Representation to be scheduled pursuant to Section 281e DBA to be held at the District Court of Amsterdam, located at Parnassusweg 280 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands or on any other date or time or at any other venue designated by the District Court of Amsterdam.
Voting Hearing means the court hearing scheduled pursuant to Section 255(1)(2o) DBA, which is set at 09.30 (CET) on 3 September 2021 (as adjourned and continued at 13.30 (CET) on 8 September 2021, and as may be further adjourned from time to time) or a hearing of the SoP Committee of Representation to be scheduled pursuant to Section 281e DBA to be held at the District Court of Amsterdam, located at Parnassusweg 280 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands or on any other date or time or at any other venue designated by the District Court of Amsterdam.
Voting Hearing means the court hearing scheduled pursuant to Section 255(1)(2o) DBA, which is set at 10.00 (CET) on 30 June 2021 at the District Court of Amsterdam, located at Parnassusweg 280 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Examples of Voting Hearing in a sentence

  • All deliberations of the BCB shall be conducted in accordance with the open meeting law at the BCB’s monthly Voting Hearing on the record.

  • Unless the District Court of Amsterdam appoints a committee of representatives in accordance with Section 281e DBA,3 this SIHNV Composition Plan will be put to a vote by the SoP Creditors in a Voting Hearing.

  • All SoP Creditors are eligible to file their Claims with the SoP Administrator for admission in the SoP and cast their vote in respect of this SIHNV Composition Plan at the Voting Hearing.

Related to Voting Hearing

  • Voting booth or “booth” means that booth or enclosure wherein an elector casts his or her ballot for tabulation by an electronic or electromechanical device.

  • Voting Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Voting Shares means the Common Shares and any other shares in the capital of the Corporation entitled to vote generally in the election of all directors.

  • Voting shall have a correlative meaning.

  • Disinterested Board Members means those members of the Board of a Fund that are not deemed to be "interested persons" of the Fund, as defined by the Act.

  • Voting Period means the period commencing on (and including) the date of this Agreement and ending on (and including) the Expiration Date.

  • Voting Control means, with respect to a share of Class B Common Stock, the power (whether exclusive or shared) to vote or direct the voting of such share by proxy, voting agreement or otherwise.

  • Voting Share Reduction means an acquisition or redemption by the Corporation of Voting Shares which, by reducing the number of Voting Shares outstanding, increases the proportionate number of Voting Shares Beneficially Owned by any Person to 20% or more of the Voting Shares then outstanding; and

  • Non-Voting Shares means a particular Class of Shares that do not carry the right to notice of or to attend or vote at general meetings of the ICAV or the relevant Fund.

  • Voting Record Time means the time and date to be specified as the voting record time for the Scheme Meeting (or any adjournment thereof) in the Scheme Document;

  • Voting Stock of any Person as of any date means the Capital Stock of such Person that is at the time entitled to vote in the election of the Board of Directors of such Person.

  • Balloting Agent means Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, in its capacity as notice and balloting agent for the Debtors.

  • Voting area means the area within six feet of the voting booths, voting

  • Voting Parity Stock means, with regard to any matter as to which the holders of Designated Preferred Stock are entitled to vote as specified in Sections 7(a) and 7(b) of these Standard Provisions that form a part of the Certificate of Designations, any and all series of Parity Stock upon which like voting rights have been conferred and are exercisable with respect to such matter.

  • Voting Common Stock means the voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Non-Voting Common Stock means the non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Voting Debt means any bonds, debentures, notes or other indebtedness having the right to vote on any matters on which holders of capital stock of the same issuer may vote.

  • Subordinate Voting Shares means subordinate voting shares in the capital of the Company.

  • Voting group means all shares of one or more classes or series that under the articles of incorporation or the Act are entitled to vote and be counted together collectively on a matter at a meeting of shareholders. All shares entitled by the articles of incorporation or the Act to vote generally on the matter are for that purpose a single voting group.

  • Disinterested Shareholder means a shareholder that is not an Insider to whom options may be granted under the Plan and they are not an Associate of any Insider.

  • Voting Day means the final day on which the final vote is to be taken in an election and shall be Monday, October 24, 2022 with the close of voting to be at 8:00 pm.

  • Disinterested Shareholder Approval means approval by a majority of the votes cast by all the Company’s shareholders at a duly constituted shareholders’ meeting, excluding votes attached to Common Shares beneficially owned by Insiders who are Service Providers or their Associates;
