Regulatory Problem means any set of facts or circumstance wherein it has been asserted by any governmental regulatory agency (or a Regulated Stockholder reasonably believes that there is a risk of such assertion) that such Regulated Stockholder is not entitled to acquire, own, hold or control, or exercise any significant right (including the right to vote) with respect to, any Equity Securities of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company.
Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Regulatory Body means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate or investigate the matters dealt with in this Agreement or any other affairs of the Provider or the Department, including, without limitation Ofsted, the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors;
Regulatory Proceeding means a request for information, civil investigative demand, or civil proceeding commenced by service of a complaint or similar proceeding brought by or on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, or any federal, state, local or foreign governmental entity in such entity’s regulatory or official capacity in connection with such proceeding.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Regulatory Action means an administrative or regulatory enforcement action, proceeding, investigation or inspection, FDA Form 483 notice of inspectional observation, warning letter, untitled letter, other notice of violation letter, recall, seizure, Section 305 notice or other similar written communication, or consent decree, issued by the FDA.
Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).
Regulatory Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.
JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
Regulatory Filing means any filing with any Governmental Authority with respect to the research, development, manufacture, distribution, pricing, reimbursement, marketing or sale of a Product.
Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:
Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
Adverse impact on visibility means visibility impairment which interferes with the management, protection, preservation or enjoyment of the visi- tor’s visual experience of the Federal Class I area. This determination must be made on a case-by-case basis taking into account the geographic extent, in- tensity, duration, frequency and time of visibility impairment, and how these factors correlate with (1) times of vis- itor use of the Federal Class I area, and(2) the frequency and timing of natural conditions that reduce visibility.
