Voting system or "system" means any machine, device, technology, or equipment used to

Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.
Voting Common Stock means the voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Voting Control means, with respect to a share of Class B Common Stock, the power (whether exclusive or shared) to vote or direct the voting of such share by proxy, voting agreement or otherwise.
Voting device means any device provided by an election officer for a voter to vote a mechanical ballot.
Voting Share means (i) a Common Share of the Company and (ii) any other share of capital stock of the Company entitled to vote generally in the election of directors or entitled to vote together with the Common Shares in respect of any merger, consolidation, sale of all or substantially all of the Company's assets, liquidation, dissolution or winding up. References in this Agreement to a percentage or portion of the outstanding Voting Shares shall be deemed a reference to the percentage or portion of the total votes entitled to be cast by the holders of the outstanding Voting Shares.
Voting Securities means any securities of the Company that vote generally in the election of directors.
Voting machine means a machine designed for the sole purpose of
voting information means postal voting information and/or e-voting information 1.2 Other expressions used in these rules and in Schedule 7 to the NHS Act 2006 have the same meaning in these rules as in that Schedule.
Computer Systems means any of, or combination of, computer software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology systems, applications, cloud-based storage platforms and systems, telecommunications capabilities (including voice, data or video networks), and other similar or related items of any automated, computerized or software system and any other network or system or related service that is owned, controlled, licensed, leased, operated, used, or held for use by the Borrower or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries in the conduct of its or their business.
Voting Shares means the Common Shares and any other shares in the capital of the Corporation entitled to vote generally in the election of all directors.
Voting Stock of any Person as of any date means the Capital Stock of such Person that is at the time entitled to vote in the election of the Board of Directors of such Person.
Accounting system means the Contractor's system or systems for accounting methods, procedures, and controls established to gather, record, classify, analyze, summarize, interpret, and present accurate and timely financial data for reporting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and management decisions, and may include subsystems for specific areas such as indirect and other direct costs, compensation, billing, labor, and general information technology.
Company Systems means the computer and data processing systems, maintenance service agreements, and information, recordkeeping, account management, account management, communications technologies and other computer systems (including all computer programs, software, databases, firmware, hardware and related documentation) and Internet websites and related content used in the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.
Voting equipment means electronic or electro- mechanical voting systems, voting devices, and auto- matic tabulating equipment as defined in s. 101.5603, as well as materials, parts, or other equipment neces- sary for the operation and maintenance of such systems and devices, the individual or combined retail value of which is in excess of the threshold amount for CATE- GORY TWO purchases provided in s. 287.017.
Voting Share Capital means the total voting equity share capital of the Target Company on a fully diluted basis as of the tenth (10th) working day from the closure of the Tendering Period (as defined below) of the Open Offer; and
