Examples of VPS Rules in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall be entitled to obtain information from VPS in accordance with the VPS Rules.

  • Any unresolved complaint or dispute between a Participant and the Pension Fund Manager under the VPS Rules, it shall be referred to the Insurance Ombudsman appointed under Section 125 of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000.

  • One or more Covered Bonds may only be transferred in accordance with the VPS Rules.

  • Title to Norwegian Securities shall pass by registration in the register that the Issuer shall procure to be kept with the Norwegian Registrar in accordance with the provisions of the Agency Agreement and the VPS Rules (the "VPS Register").
