VS Commercial Data definition

VS Commercial Data means any and all Commercial Data used or held for use, in each case, exclusively in the conduct of the VS Business by L Brands and its Subsidiaries as the same shall exist on the Distribution Date.

  • VS shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, protect and safeguard the VS Commercial Data against unauthorized collection, use or disclosure, as provided by Applicable Law.

  • To the extent required by Applicable Law, within a reasonable time after the Distribution Time, VS shall notify the individuals to whom the VS Commercial Data relates that the transactions contemplated by this Agreement have been completed and that their VS Commercial Data has been transferred to VS.

  • Clinical Data means the information concerning the safety or performance that is generated from the use of a device and that are sourced from the following:

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Regulatory Information Service means a service approved by the London Stock Exchange for the distribution to the public of announcements; and

  • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Small Commercial Customer means a DRAM Resource Customer which is a non-Residential Customer with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less, including agricultural/pumping customers (PA-1, PA-2, TOU-PA-2 rates) and TOU-EV3, service to electric charging facilities with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less. Excludes customers on rate schedules for fixed usage and unmetered service (Schedules LS-1, LS-2, OL-1, TC-1, Wi-Fi-1, and WTR).

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:
