Waiver Parties definition

Waiver Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b).
Waiver Parties means Buyer and each and all of its officers, directors, employees, parents, affiliates or subsidiaries at any tier.
Waiver Parties has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.02(e).
