Warburg Group definition

Warburg Group means the Warburg Funds and their respective Affiliates that are parties hereto, in each case for so long as such Person is Affiliated with Warburg Pincus LLC.
Warburg Group means Xxxxxxx Parent Holdings, L.P., Warburg Pincus Private Equity (E&P) XI-A (Xxxxxxx), LLC, Warburg Pincus XI (E&P) Partners-A (Xxxxxxx), LLC, XX Xxxxxxx Holdings, L.P., WP Energy Xxxxxxx Holdings, L.P., WP Energy Partners Xxxxxxx Holdings, L.P., Warburg Pincus Energy (E&P) Partners-A (Xxxxxxx), LLC, Warburg Pincus Energy (E&P)-A (Xxxxxxx), LLC, any of the foregoing Persons’ Affiliates (other than portfolio companies thereof), and any fund managed or administered by any such Person or any of its Affiliates, and the phrasemember of the Warburg Group” shall be construed accordingly.
Warburg Group means, collectively, any investment fund that is an Affiliate of Warburg.
