Warehouse Borrowers means each of (i) Regional Management Receivables II, LLC, (ii) Regional Management Receivables IV, LLC and (iii) Regional Management Receivables V, LLC.
Borrowers each has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.
Borrower as defined in the preamble hereto.
Loan Parties means, collectively, the Borrower and each Guarantor.
