WARN Notice Period definition

WARN Notice Period means the sixty (60) consecutive calendar day period, or other applicable period under similar state law, commencing on an Eligible Employee’s WARN Notice Date.

  • An Eligible Employee described in Section 4.1 shall be entitled to benefits under an Employer-sponsored medical, dental and vision benefit plans, as amended from time to time, through the end of the WARN Notice Period on the same terms and under the same conditions as applied to the Eligible Employee immediately prior to the Triggering Event.
