Warrant Fund definition

Warrant Fund means the special fund of the City created in Section 6 hereof.

Warrant Fund means the funds established pursuant to Section 6.01.

• The Warrant Fund shall be and at all times remain public funds impressed with a trust for the purpose for which the Warrant Fund is herein created.

• When the amount of money on deposit in the Warrant Fund equals or exceeds the aggregate of the principal and interest to their respective maturities on the Warrants at the time outstanding, no further payments need be made into the Warrant Fund except to make good the moneys paid therein which may become lost or which may not be immediately available for withdrawal under the provisions of this section.
