Waste Sticker definition

Waste Sticker means a sticker or tag to be sold by the Contractor or its agents and that is to be affixed to Residential Waste or Landscape Waste designated for collection from a Customer who places for collection on a given pick-up day cans or bags which exceed the maximum capacity for the selected level of service that the Customer has elected under Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Waste pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, non-flowing waste that is used for treatment or storage.

  • Waste tire means a tire that is no longer suitable for its original purpose because of wear, damage or defect.

  • EPA Hazardous Substance Superfund means the Hazardous Substance Superfund established by the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 9507.

  • Remediation waste management site means a facility where an owner or operator is or will be treating, storing or disposing of hazardous remediation wastes. A remediation waste management site is not a facility that is subject to corrective action under § 264.101 of this regulation, but is subject to corrective action requirements if the site is located in such a facility.

  • Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.

"Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.
