Wastewater Connection Fees. Current flow capacity tracking at the City’s Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility (WWTRF) indicates that a plant expansion is necessary to support continued growth within the City. The City is initiating design and a construction project to complete a plant expansion in advance of the physical capacity need.
Wastewater Connection Fees means the fees and charges, if any, which relate to acquiring, constructing, equipping or expanding the capacity of the wastewater facilities of the System for the purpose of paying or reimbursing the equitable share of the capital cost relating to such acquisition, construction, expansion or equipping of excess and unused capacity of the System or expansion thereof in order to serve new users of the wastewater facilities of the System, to the extent the same are lawfully levied, collected and pledged.

Wastewater Connection Fees. The Developer will be subject to the City’s PFE Policy and the Village 1 Infrastructure Finance Plan for payment of wastewater connection (impact) fees. Neighborhood Parks: Neighborhood parks within the V1SPA will be constructed by developers as part of the V1SPA obligations.
