Connecting to the System. New customers connecting to the water and/or sewer system may apply for the desired services in the following manner: In accordance with Town Ordinance 50.003, any application shall be delivered to Town Hall during business hours on a prescribed form. For detail in regards to connection requirements, see Chapter 50: General Water and Sewer Provisions of the Liberty Code of Ordinances. Applications received for connection to town infrastructure are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for approval.

Connecting to the System. When connecting to the System, the Client must identify itself using the personal identifiers provided to it by CACEIS Bank or the Supplier. Any use of the System shall be deemed to have been made by Authorised Persons and for and on behalf of the Client. The Client remains solely responsible for use made and protection of its identifiers, and acknowledges that it may not under any circumstances invoke unauthorised access to the System to evade its obligations under and the effects of electronic Orders confirmed by CACEIS Bank. 7 – FAILURE - UNAVAILABILITY

The CAISO and Participating TO may provide operating instructions to the Interconnection Customer consistent with this LGIA and Participating TO and CAISO operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. The Participating TO and CAISO will consider changes to their operating protocols and procedures proposed by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Participating TO Obligations The Participating TO shall maintain the Participating TO’s Transmission System and the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • Access to the Site 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
