Wastewater Discharge Permit means a Wastewater Discharge Permit issued by the Engineer under this Bylaw for Discharges to the Sanitary Sewer.

More Definitions of Wastewater Discharge Permit
Wastewater Discharge Permit means a control mechanism issued to any customer discharging to the sewer system that the District determines needs a permit to regulate the discharge of toxic, organic, or hydraulic loading to the District’s sewer system and treatment plant.
