  • For the avoidance of doubt, where a Watch Product Agreement already provides for a discount from the Transactional Price then (unless otherwise expressly set out in the Cover Sheet, such discount shall not apply in respect of Watch Eligible Products purchased during the Term; the Watch Volume discount shall apply instead (irrespective of whether the existing discount is lower or higher than the Watch Volume Discount).

  • YellowBrix Authorized Use is the right todisplay, use and store the Industry Watch Product on the CNNf▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇site and to link to the Industry Watch product as hosted and served by YellowBrix and to engage in those uses described in Section 7(d) and (e) hereof.
