Watershed Regulations definition

Watershed Regulations means the watershed rules and regulations applicable to the New York City Watershed which were submitted by New York City Department of Environmental Protection to the New York State Department of Health for approval pursuant to Public Health Law Section 1100 consistent with this Agreement and which are appended hereto as Attachment W.
Watershed Regulations means the Rules and Regulations for the Protection from Contamination, Degradation and Pollution of the New York City Water Supply and its
Watershed Regulations. – means the Rules and Regulations for the Protection from Contamination, Degradation and Pollution of the New York City Water Supply and its Sources, Title 10 NYCRR Part 128; Title 15 Rules of the City of New York (RCNY) Chapter 18.

  • NYCDEP shall consider such application in accordance with Subchapter G of the Watershed Regulations and the above-referenced agreements giving due consideration to the relative experience of each applicant agency in reviewing and approving subsurface sewage treatment systems.

  • Once NYSDOH approves the Watershed Regulations, NYCDEP will complete its CAPA process by publishing the Watershed Regulations in the City Record, in accordance with CAPA, and will comply with the requirements of the Public Health Law by publishing the Watershed Regulations in newspapers with a distribution in the Watershed counties.

  • Invalidation of Both the Watershed Regulations and the Water Supply Permit.
