Web Site Specifications definition

Web Site Specifications means the technical, aesthetic and functional requirements for the Web Site, as set forth in the applicable Program Schedule.
Web Site Specifications means the specifications developed by the Parties pursuant to this Agreement that are specific to each Web Site. Unless otherwise provided in the Web Site Specifications for a particular Web Site, the Web Site Specifications shall be deemed to incorporate and include the General Web Site Specifications.
Web Site Specifications means the technical, aesthetic and functional requirements for the Web Site, as set forth in the applicable Program Schedule. "Wind-Down Period" is defined in Section 13.5 of this Agreement.

  • These Web Page features will be made available to Publisher at no additional charge in accordance with the Web Site Specifications.

  • Publisher shall select the Basic Content for each Web Portal in conjunction with the development of Web Site Specifications for each Web Site.

  • The Beta Version shall conform to, and comply with, the Web Site Specifications applicable to that Web Site.

  • The Additional Content and Transactional Content will be provided upon the terms specified in the Web Site Specifications and upon such other terms as are agreed to in writing by the Parties.

  • YPS also will make available to Publisher the Transactional Content and Additional Content identified and described in the Web Site Specifications.

  • Each Web Portal will be branded with Publisher’s brands and/or marks, including Publisher’s trade names, logos, color schemes, and other trade dress, in accordance with the Web Site Specifications established for each Web Site and with Publisher’s direction concerning the use of its brands and marks.

Related to Web Site Specifications

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product filed with and approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Schedule 1.25, which specifications may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services and which is specified as such in Schedule 6 (Third Party Software) to this Contract.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
