Weekly Product Sourcing Profits Amount definition

Weekly Product Sourcing Profits Amount means, with respect to each fiscal week of the applicable Securitization Entities, the amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) all revenue (excluding applicable Pass-Through Amounts) accrued over such period in respect of the operation of the applicable Product Sourcing Business minus (b) all operating expenses (excluding applicable Pass-Through Amounts, but in the case of Driven Canada Product Sourcing, including Excluded Amounts described in clause (ii) or (iii) of the definition thereof and, at the option of Driven Canada Product Sourcing, any such Excluded Amount required or reasonably expected to be payable at or prior to the immediately following four (4) Quarterly Payment Dates or for which a reserve is maintained on account of quarterly or annual payment of such Excluded Amounts which, in each case, will be deemed to be accrued when paid or reserved) accrued over such period in connection with the operation of such applicable Product Sourcing Business.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period, the Supplier Profit for the relevant period divided by the total Charges over the same period in respect of any Call Off Agreements and expressed as a percentage;

  • Adjusted Gross Sales means for either party distributing and selling Product (in this Section the “Selling Party”):

  • Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means the SONIA Compounded Index Value on the date falling “p” London Business Days prior to (i) in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Accrual Period, or (ii) if the Notes become due and payable prior to the end of an Interest Accrual Period, the date on which the Notes become so due and payable; and

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.

  • Gross Operating Profit For any Fiscal Year, the excess of Gross Revenues for such Fiscal Year over Gross Operating Expenses for such Fiscal Year.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
