Weekly Rebate definition

Weekly Rebate means the weekly rebate accrued in favour of a resident of a Rest Home Apartment which the Operator is required to pay by the District Health Board and which is the difference between 18% of the weekly maximum contribution applying in the Territorial Local Authority Region pursuant to the Social Security Xxx 0000 and the weekly Village Outgoings Charge (provided that if the weekly Village Outgoings Charge is the greater amount then the Weekly Rebate shall be nil), and which is payable as set out in the First Schedule.

Measurement Period shall be any period for which payments of interest or fees (whether designated as such or implied) are payable in connection with any indebtedness or other obligation of the Fund incurred for investment purposes.
