Well stimulation treatment definition

Well stimulation treatment means the treatment of a well designed to enhance crude oil and natural gas production or recovery by increasing the permeability of the formation and as further defined by the Geologic Energy Management Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources(CalGEM) SB 4 Well Stimulation Treatment Regulations, Title 14, Division 2, Chapter 4, Subchapter 2, Article 2, section 1761(a) (June 16, 2017), which is incorporated herein by reference.
