Anesthesiologist means a physician granted clinical privileges to administer anesthesia.
Electrologist means a person who is licensed under this chapter to engage in the practice of electrology.
Audiologist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice audiology.
Nuclear medicine technologist means an individual who holds a current certification with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
Cosmetologist means an individual authorized to engage in all branches of cosmetology in a licensed facility.
Toxicologist means a qualified professional currently active in the field of risk assessment, risk management and toxicology that has a combination of formal university education, training and experience necessary to assess the Compound of Concern in question.
Pathologist means a medical practitioner who specialises in the provision of pathology services within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Naturopathic physician means a person licensed to practice naturopathic medicine by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine.
Wetland or "wetlands" means areas that are inundated or saturated by surface water or groundwater at a frequency and duration sufficient to support, and that under normal circumstances do support, a prevalence of vegetation typically adapted for life in saturated soil conditions. Wetlands generally include swamps, marshes, bogs, and similar areas. Wetlands do not include those artificial wetlands intentionally created from nonwetland sites, including, but not limited to, irrigation and drainage ditches, grass-lined swales, canals, detention facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, farm ponds, and landscape amenities, or those wetlands created after July 1, 1990, that were unintentionally created as a result of the construction of a road, street, or highway. Wetlands may include those artificial wetlands intentionally created from nonwetland areas created to mitigate conversion of wetlands.
Pathological waste means waste material consisting of only human or animal remains, anatomical parts, and/or tissue, the bags/containers used to collect and transport the waste material, and animal bedding (if applicable).
Iatrogenic infertility means an impairment of fertility by surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or other medical treatment affecting reproductive organs or processes.
Radiologic technologist means an individual, other than a licensed doctor of medicine, osteopathy,

Biological agent shall mean any pathogenic (disease producing) micro-organism(s) and/or biologically produced toxin(s) (including genetically modified organisms and chemically synthesized toxins) which cause illness and/or death in humans, animals or plants.
Medical Waste means isolation wastes, infectious agents, human blood and blood products, pathological wastes, sharps, body parts, contaminated bedding, surgical wastes, potentially contaminated laboratory wastes, and dialysis wastes.
Radiologist means a medical practitioner who specialises in the provision of radiological services within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Clinical psychologist means a person who practices clinical psychology as defined in § 54.1-3600.
Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
chemical tanker means a ship constructed or adapted and used for the carriage in bulk of any liquid product listed in chapter 17 of the International Bulk Chemical Code;
Biological diversity means the variability among living organisms from all sources including, inter alia, terrestrial, marine and other aquatic ecosystems and the ecological complexes of which they are part; this includes diversity within species, between species and of ecosystems.
Authorized nuclear pharmacist means a pharmacist who:
Biomedical Waste means biomedical waste as defined in the Ontario Ministry of the Environment Guideline C-4 entitled “The Management of Biomedical Waste in Ontario” dated April 1994, as amended from time to time;
High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).
Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
Ophthalmologist means each individually licensed Ophthalmologist, if any, who is employed or otherwise retained by or associated with the Practice, each of whom shall meet at all times the qualifications described in Section 4.3 and Section 4.4.
