Wholesale Bitstream and VUA Product Price List means Virtual Unbundled Access. means the document published on NBI’s website that sets out the degree of service and support that will be provided by NBI in respect of the Products and the corresponding charges. means the document published on NBI’s website that provides a detailed description of the Wholesale Bitstream and VUA products that will be made available to Wholesale Service Providers (WSP) and Retail Service Providers (RSP). means the document published on NBI’s website that sets out the processes for Service Provider eligibility, ordering, fault management and billing for the Product. means the document that details the prices and charges for the Product as set out in Schedule 3 which may be updated from time to time by NBI and published on NBI’s website in accordance with the NBP Agreement and Clause 26 of this Agreement. “Working Day” means 08:00 – 20:00, during any Working Day other than Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays as defined in the Second Schedule to the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Wholesale drug distributor means anyone engaged in the

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products that exist prior to the commencement of work under the contract. Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Product Know-How means Know-How to the extent related to the properties, manufacture or use of any products.

  • OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner

  • Manufacturing Process means any process for—

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Seller Products means all products and services that are being manufactured or performed by Seller at any time, other than Logic Business Products that are being manufactured or performed by Seller as of the Closing Date.

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether
