WHS Authority definition

WHS Authority means any government authority having jurisdiction under the WHS Laws;
WHS Authority means the workplace health and safety (‘WHS’) authority that has jurisdiction in the place where the Contractor is to provide the Supply.
WHS Authority includes any federal, state or local government, statutory or other authority, body or regulator with power and responsibilities in respect of work health and safety.
