Future amendments to the. EWSP shall require the agreement of the Institute and the Employer. Future amendments shall be negotiated between the parties at a central table made up of an Institute bargaining team and an Employer bargaining team.
Future amendments to the. Hendry County School Concurrency Service Areas Maps, other than periodic adjustments to school attendance zones, may be accomplished by the School Board only after review and comment by the County and or the Cities as provided in Section 11.3 of this Agreement. In the future new CSAs, and amendments to the existing CSAs and attendance zones shall be designed to make efficient use of new and existing public school facilities in accordance with the LOS standards.
