WITHDRAWAL OF THE LICENCE definition

WITHDRAWAL OF THE LICENCE means the Licence is withdrawn or measures have been taken or court proceedings have been commenced which, in the opinion of the Majority Banks (acting reasonably), are reasonably likely to result in an order to withdraw the Licence as a consequence of the construction, coverage provided by or technical performance of the Network failing to meet the specifications of the Licence.

  • EU withdrawal agreement means the withdrawal agreement within the meaning of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 (see section 39(1) and (6) of that Act).”,

  • withdrawal agreement means the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community2;

  • Event of withdrawal of a general partner means an event that causes a person to cease to be a general partner as provided in section 402.

  • Withdrawal Notice shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.6.

  • Withdrawal Event means the earliest to occur of any event which causes a Partner to cease to be a Partner, and to become a Former Partner, as set forth in Section 1.29.

  • Withdrawal Period as defined in Section 10.13(b).

  • Withdrawal Order is defined in Section 6.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Market Withdrawal means a Person’s Removal or Correction of a distributed product which involves a minor violation that would not be subject to legal action by the FDA or which involves no violation, e.g., normal stock rotation practices, routine equipment adjustments and repairs, etc.

  • Regulatory Approval means, with respect to the Licensed Product in any country or jurisdiction, all approvals (including, where required, pricing and reimbursement approvals), registrations, licenses or authorizations from the relevant regulatory authority in a country or jurisdiction that is specific to the Licensed Product and necessary to market and sell such Licensed Product in such country or jurisdiction.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Service Instructions means such instructions given to the Bank via any Telephone Banking Service;
