Withdrawal Price definition

Withdrawal Price means the price at which Units are redeemed. The method for determining the redemption price is described in the “Withdrawal Price” section of the relevant PDS.
Withdrawal Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02.
Withdrawal Price means, in respect of a Unit or Units in a Class, the amount determined by the Responsible Entity from time to time by subtracting the Disposal Expenses at that time from the Net Asset Value of the Scheme Assets at that time, dividing the resultant amount by the total number of Units on issue at that time. The Responsible Entity may calculate the Withdrawal Price to the number of decimal places that the Responsible Entity determines.

  • The Withdrawal Price will vary as the market value of assets in the Fund rises or falls.

  • The Withdrawal Price on a Business Day is, in general terms, equal to the NAV of the Fund, divided by the number of units on issue and adjusted for transaction costs (“Sell Spread”).

More Definitions of Withdrawal Price

Withdrawal Price means in respect of a Portfolio the withdrawal price determined under clause 10.10;
