Rates and Prices. Where any rates and prices in the Schedule of Rates are used under clause (b), the rates and prices will be deemed to cover: all labour, materials, overheads and profit related to the work the subject of the Variation and compliance with the Consultant’s obligations under the Contract; and all costs and expenses which will be incurred by the Consultant arising out of or in any way in connection with the Variation.

Typically, a ten percent (10%) reduction in rates and fees will apply to the rental of recreational equipment such as rental of boats, guest dockage, and dock rentals. This list is not exclusively indicative of all applicable reduced rates and fees but is provided to give examples of certain items.
Rates and Prices. The rates will be firm and all-inclusive (taxes, duties, etc.) for the entire period of the contract. No additional charges on account of transportation of men and material, lunch, tea and conveyance etc. will be given. Under any circumstances, no price escalation whatsoever shall be entertained during the contract period except revision of minimum wages and taxes. In the case of any change of statutory charges, the vendor shall bring it into the notice of NABARD immediately. Before submitting the bid, the bidder should visit the existing facilities and seek clarifications, if any, from NABARD.

Rates and Prices. 4.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided under the Conditions of Contract, the rates and amounts entered in the Bill of Quantities shall be the rates at which the Contractor shall be paid and shall be the full inclusive value of the supplies set forth or implied in the Contract; except for the amounts reimbursable, if any to the Contractor under the Contract.
4.2 Unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract, the rates and prices entered by the bidder shall not be subject to adjustment during the performance of the Contract.
4.3 All duties, taxes and other levies payable by the Contractor shall be included in the rates and prices.
4.4 The cost of complying with the provisions of the Contract shall be included in the items provided in the Bill of Quantities. The rates, prices and amounts shall be entered item wise in the Bill of Quantities.
(a) The bidder shall be deemed to have obtained all information as to and all requirements related thereto which may affect the bid price.
(b) The Contractor/Supplier shall be responsible to make complete arrangements for the supply of items/Equipment, including fixing, placing, installation, demonstration, testing, and operation etc. of the Equipment at the Site.
4.6 The Contractor shall provide for all parts of the Equipment to be completed in every respect. Notwithstanding that any details, accessories, etc. required for the complete installation and satisfactory operation, are not specifically mentioned in the Specifications, such details shall be considered as included in the Contract Price.
4.7 The bidder shall recognize such elements of the costs which he expects to incur the performance of the supplies and shall include all such costs in the rates and amounts entered in the Bill of Quantities.

Rates and Prices. That prices to be charged for services and rented services shall be subject to the written approval of CITY and the DISTRICT ENGINEER, and a schedule of such prices shall be submitted to the CITY for its approval prior to commencement of operations, and prior to the commencement of each year of operation thereafter. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall, at all times, keep a schedule of such prices displayed in a conspicuous place on the occupied premises during class sessions and prices charged shall not exceed those shown on the approved price list.
Rates and Prices. The rates and prices inserted by the Contractor in the Bill of Quantities are to be the full and inclusive value of the work described. They are to cover all costs, expenses and general risks which may be involved, together with all liabilities and obligations set forth or implied in the Specification and other documents on which the Tender is based. They must include all plant, tools, materials, transport of men and materials, insurance and labour of every description. They must also take into account the conditions referred to in the general Conditions, and include time lost due to weather, payment of guaranteed minimum and holidays with pay. The cost of any travelling time subsistence and incentives such as overtime etc. must be included in the rates and prices. Where any special risks, liabilities and obligations, mentioned above or otherwise, cannot be dealt within the rates, then the price thereof is to be separately stated in items provided for the purpose or added by the Tenderer. Any item left unpriced shall be held to have had its cost included in the unit rates for other items of work.
Rates and Prices. The rates or prices to be charged by Contractor and paid by Liberty will be as set forth in each separate Order, or other written exhibit appended hereto, which exhibit will be governed by this Agreement and incorporated herein.
