Working Capital B-2 Commitment definition
Working Capital B-2 Commitment means, with respect to any Working Capital B-2 Lender at any time, the Dollar amount set forth opposite such Lender's name on Schedule I hereto under the caption "Working Capital B-2 Commitment" or, if such Lender has entered into one or more Assignments and Acceptances, set forth for such Lender in the Register maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 8.07(d) as such Lender's "Working Capital B-2 Commitment", as such Dollar amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.06.
Working Capital B-2 Commitment means, with respect to any Working Capital B-2 Lender at any time, the amount set forth opposite such Lender's name on Schedule I hereto under the caption "Working Capital B-2 Commitment" or, if such Lender has entered into one or more Assignments and Acceptances, set forth for such Lender in the Register maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 8.07(d) as such Lender's "Working Capital B-2 Commitment", as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
