Working Capital Expenses definition

Working Capital Expenses means costs and expenses incurred by the Company and its Subsidiaries in connection with capital improvements, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and environmental remediation at the Properties and in connection with debt service shortfalls on any indebtedness of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any debt service shortfalls on Preferred Equity Financing.
Working Capital Expenses means any Servicing Expenses, Pre-Approved Charges, Funding Draws (or permitted uses thereof, as the context may require), Management Fee, Interim Management Fee, Interim Servicing Fee or fees of the Custodian and Paying Agent.
Working Capital Expenses has the meaning given in the LLC Operating Agreement. “Working Capital Reserve” has the meaning given in Section 3.6.

  • The proceeds of Excess Working Capital Advances for payment of Working Capital Expenses shall be deposited into the Collection Account for disbursement therefrom for the payment of such permitted Working Capital Expenses.

  • To the extent multiple Working Capital Expenses (payment of which is permitted to be made using such Excess Working Capital Advance) are outstanding, any funding or use by the Manager of Excess Working Capital Advances for payment of all or any of the same shall follow the relevant priorities as set forth in the Priority of Payments and in Section 3.1 of the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement, as applicable.

Working Capital Expenses means expenses which are working capital expenditures within the meaning of Treas. Reg. § 1.150-1(b) except expenses meeting the exceptions set forth in Treas. Reg. § 1.148-6(d) (3)(ii).
Working Capital Expenses means, collectively, Project Costs relating to initial start-up and testing of a Plant, Operation and Maintenance Expenses and Maintenance Capital Expenses.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Working Capital Expenses do not include (i) any bonuses to employees of Parent, Borrower or any Borrower Subsidiary or (ii) construction costs associated with any Project that is not a Remaining Construction Project.
Working Capital Expenses means, for any period, the amount of all costs and expenses of the Borrowers paid during such period that (i) are appropriate to properly operate the business of the Borrowers, (ii) are not allocated as Project Expenses to any one or more Projects, and (iii) after the Ordinary Expiration Date, are allocable only to Pre-Expiration Projects, but in no event will costs and expenses in excess of any Borrower’s operating budget (as approved by its Board of Directors from time to time prior to the Termination Date) during any year be used in the calculation of the amount of Working Capital Expenses.
Working Capital Expenses means operating expenses and other working capital requirements of the Company in connection with the Riviera Black Hawk, limited, prior to when the Riviera Black Hawk is first Operating, as contemplated in and to the extent permitted by the Construction Disbursement Budget.
