With respect to the funding of Working Capital Loans, the aggregate amount of Working Capital Exposure, after giving effect to the requested Borrowing, shall not exceed 85% of the aggregate value of receivables, 85% of the aggregate value of inventory and supplies and 100% of the cash of the Borrower on hand as of the date of such Borrowing, as determined by the Borrower in accordance with GAAP.
