Working Capital Report definition

Working Capital Report means the working capital report on the Group prepared by the Statutory Auditors in the agreed form dated the date of the Prospectus.
Working Capital Report means the working capital report in the agreed form in respect of the Group prepared by the Accountants, including any updates and supplements thereto.
