Working Timetable has the meaning ascribed to it in Part A of the Network Code.
working time means any period during which the worker is working, at the employer’s disposal and carrying out his activity or duties, in accordance with national laws and/or practice;
working tax credit means a working tax credit under section 10 of the Tax Credits Act 2002;
Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.
Working face means any place in a mine in which work of extracting coal from its natural deposit in the earth is performed during the mining cycle.
Task(s) means one or more functions, if specified in the Contract Documents, to be performed by the Contractor for the State.
Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.
Employees working on the project means laborers, workers, and mechanics employed directly upon the site of work.
Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).
Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.
Working Time Regulations means the Working Time Regulations 1998.
Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:
Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;
The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.
Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e)(v).
Skills means the ability to apply knowledge and use know-how to complete tasks and solve problems. In the context of the European Qualifications Framework, skills are described as cognitive (involving the use of logical, intuitive and creative thinking) or practical (involving manual dexterity and the use of methods, materials, tools and instruments);
Working voltage means the highest value of an electrical circuit voltage root-mean-square (rms), specified by the manufacturer, which may occur between any conductive parts in open circuit conditions or under normal operating conditions. If the electrical circuit is divided by galvanic isolation, the working voltage is defined for each divided circuit, respectively.
Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Working papers means those records prepared by or for an above-named public official for his
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
Energise means the process of adding a fuse or link or the closing of a switch to allow transportation of electricity to or from an ICP;
Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;
