Worldspan Services definition

Worldspan Services means those Services provided by a Galileo Group Company or NDC as described in the attached Custom Terms and Conditions Attachment (Worldspan Services).

Examples of Worldspan Services in a sentence

  • The costs to Subscriber for the provision of all such Hardware and telecommunications services during the Term of this Agreement shall remain substantially similar to the total of such costs in effect as of the Contract Effective Date for the Galileo Services, and as of the Worldspan Services Effective Date for the Worldspan Services.

  • Segments above 16,000,000 in a Contract Year booked by Orbitz, LLC on the Worldspan Services shall be credited toward satisfying Subscriber’s Domestic Galileo Services Minimum.

  • This Agreement has been negotiated and agreed by the parties to govern the terms and conditions upon which the relevant Galileo Group Company or NDC shall provide the Galileo Services and, upon the Worldspan Closing, the Worldspan Services.

  • Galileo (through the applicable Galileo Group Company or NDC) shall provide the Hardware and telecommunications lines listed in the attached Custom Terms and Conditions Attachments and/or Services Summaries in connection with Galileo Services and, if the Worldspan Closing occurs, the telecommunications lines provided under the Orbitz – Worldspan Agreement (as defined in the Custom Terms and Conditions Attachment (Worldspan Services) as of the Worldspan Services Effective Date.

  • Galileo shall provide Subscriber at Galileo’s cost and expense, two (2) full-time employees for the purposes of account support and management (“Account Managers”) with respect to the Galileo Services and the Worldspan Services.

  • Galileo will provide the Galileo Services and Worldspan Services on commercial terms and conditions not less favorable overall than the overall terms and conditions offered by Galileo to any other online travel agency delivering equivalent or lesser segment volumes.

  • To the extent that Subscriber reasonably needs additional telecommunications lines in connection with either Galileo or Worldspan Services due to the growth in volume of Segments going through the Travelport GDSs during the Term, Galileo will pay the reasonable costs for the provision of such necessary telecommunications lines.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Basic health plan services means that schedule of covered

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
