Worldspan Services definition

Worldspan Services means those Services provided by a Galileo Group Company or NDC as described in the attached Custom Terms and Conditions Attachment (Worldspan Services).

Worldspan Services means the services that American has authorized Worldspan to provide to American under the PCA and this Agreement, with the core of such Services being the distribution and display of American travel services content via the Worldspan GDS to Worldspan Agencies for the purpose of making travel services inquiries and Bookings (including processing of payment and issuance of electronic or paper tickets in connection therewith), and the servicing of such Bookings by (i) American, (ii) the booking Worldspan Agency or (iii) other providers whose travel or travel-related services are purchased within such Booking.   • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
