Worldwide Territory definition

Worldwide Territory means the world excluding the U.S. Territory.
Worldwide Territory means anywhere in the world except the European Territory.
Worldwide Territory means the U.S. Territory and all jurisdictions throughout the world where the Worldwide Products are currently being sold by Seller or any of its Affiliates.
