Written Material means any informational material published by us in any medium with a view to providing information to our customers or prospective customers.

Written Material means letters, memoranda, reports, notes, notebooks, books of account, data, drawings, prints, plans, specifications, formulae, and all other documents or writings, and all copies thereof, including those stored in forms of electronic media.
