The Authority agrees that upon payment by the Agency to the Trustee of such amount, the Authority shall take or cause to be taken any and all steps required under the Indenture to redeem such Outstanding Bonds on the redemption date designated pursuant to a Written Request of the Agency filed with the Authority and the Trustee; provided, however, that such date shall be a date of redemption of Bonds for which notice has been timely given pursuant to the Indenture.

The moneys in the Costs of Issuance Account shall be used and withdrawn by the Trustee from time to time to pay the Costs of Issuance upon submission of a Written Request of the Agency stating the person to whom payment is to be made, the amount to be paid, the purpose for which the obligation was incurred and that such payment is a proper charge against said fund.
