Xactimate definition

Xactimate means the licensed third party computer software designated by Citizens for use in the estimation of costs related to a loss. Citizens may change its designated estimating software for Services provided by Vendor under this Agreement by providing sixty (60) days’ notice to Vendors’ Contract Manager.

Xactimate means the full estimate, including 10% for contractor overhead and 10% for contractor profit (but no additional overhead and profit for the Lead Contractor), prepared by the Lead Contractor using the Xactimate software as described in the Court’s Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ KG, No. 09- 6050 and the testimony and exhibits cited therein for purposes of determining benefits under Sections 4.3.2 through 4.3.
