Xxxx Landing Project definition

Xxxx Landing Project means the approximately 2,529 megawatt (nominal) natural gas-fired combined cycle electric generating plant located on a site in Monterey County, California, together with all auxiliary equipment, ancillary and associated facilities and equipment, electrical transformers, pipelines and electrical interconnection and metering facilities (whether owned or leased by LSP Xxxx Landing) used for the receipt of fuel and water and the delivery of the electrical and potential steam output of said generating plant, and all other improvements related to the ownership, operation and maintenance of said generating plant and associated equipment.

Xxxx Landing Project means the approximately 2,529 megawatt (nominal) natural gas-fired combined cycle/conventional steam electric generating plant located on a site in Monterey County, California, together with all auxiliary equipment, ancillary and associated facilities and equipment, electrical transformers, pipeline and electrical interconnection and metering facilities (whether owned or leased by Xxxx Xxxx Landing) used for the receipt of fuel and water and the delivery of the electrical and potential steam output of said generating plant, and all other improvements related to the ownership, operation and maintenance of said generating plant and associated equipment.

Purchaser shall remove snow and take any other necessary steps to maintain access roads to provide for safe access to the Xxxx Landing Project area year-round.

Related to Xxxx Landing Project

Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;
Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)
The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.
Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.
Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.
Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.
Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.
Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;
