Date of Arrival means the Applicant’s first day of arrival in Canada after obtaining a Work Permit;

Date of Arrival means the arrival of each Cargo of Products at the Delivery Port and no later than 48 hours after the tender of the applicable NOR.

Damages to the premises, lost or stolen items will be assessed above rental fees.
