Xxxx Option definition

Xxxx Option means the option to be granted to St. Xxxx pursuant to the Option Agreement. "ST. XXXX PRE-CLOSING SUBSIDIARIES" has the meaning specified in Article V.

More Definitions of Xxxx Option

Xxxx Option means the Option Agreement dated April 4, 2001 between Xxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxx Trading Ltd.;
