Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan definition

Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan underwritten in accordance with the guidelines of Xxxxxx Xxx described in the Xxxxxx Mae Guide.

Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan means a mortgage loan that is in Strict Compliance on the related Purchase Date with the eligibility requirements specified for the applicable Xxxxxx Xxx Program described in the applicable Xxxxxx Mae Guide.

Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan means the mortgage loans underlying Xxxxxx Xxx MSRs, which shall be identified as “Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loans” on the applicable Schedule of Assets.

Examples of Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan in a sentence

• In connection with any Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan purchased from the Company by the Service Provider and in respect of which the Company has a claim for repurchase, indemnity or otherwise as against a Correspondent, the Service Provider shall be entitled to pursue any such claim through or in the name of the Company, and the Company agrees to facilitate any such claim.

• The Fulfillment Fee with respect to each Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan and Xxxxxxx Mac Mortgage Loan shall be due and payable by the Company upon the funding of such Mortgage Loan or within thirty (30) days thereof.

• In consideration for its purchase of a Xxxxxx Xxx Mortgage Loan (including the related Servicing Rights) from the Company, the Service Provider shall pay the Company, on the Purchase Date, the Purchase Price relating to such Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan.

• Each Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Loan is an Eligible Xxxxxx Xxx Loan and each Xxxxxxx Mac Mortgage Loan is an Eligible Xxxxxxx Mac Loan.
