Xxxxxx’x Counsel definition

Xxxxxx’x Counsel means Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Gervais LLP.

Xxxxxx’x Counsel means and refer to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx and the law firm of Xxxxxx & Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx LLP, 000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000.

Xxxxxx’x Counsel means counsel for Xxxxxx including Xxxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx, LLP.

• Excluded 18 from the Class are Xxxxx Xxxxxx’x Counsel, Xxxxx Xxxxxx’x officers, directors and employees, and 19 the judge presiding over the Action.

Xxxxxx’x Counsel means the undersigned attorneys for Xxxxxx from the law firm of Xxxxxx & Bird LLP.
