Xxxxxxx Indenture definition

Xxxxxxx Indenture means the indenture governing the 11 5/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2015 of Xxxxxx’x, as in effect on the Issue Date (without giving effect to any amendment or modifications thereto after the Issue Date, and irrespective of any satisfaction or discharge of Xxxxxx’x Obligations thereunder).
