Xxxxxxxx Project means the approximately 600 megawatt (nominal) natural gas-fired combined cycle electric generating plant located on a site in Mohave County, Arizona, together with all auxiliary equipment, ancillary and associated facilities and equipment, electrical transformers, pipelines and electrical interconnection and metering facilities (whether owned or leased by Xxxxxxxx Energy, Southwest Power Partners or ED Services) used for the receipt of fuel and water and the delivery of the electrical and potential steam output of said generating plant, and all other improvements related to the ownership, operation and maintenance of said generating plant and associated equipment.

Xxxxxxxx Project means, collectively, all properties, assets or other rights, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, now owned or leased or hereafter acquired by or for the benefit of the Company and its Subsidiaries which assets are used or intended for use in or forming part of the project for the development of the deposit located 50 kilometers southeast of El Salvador in the Third Region of Northern Chile, encompassing over 240 kilometers and includes the El Xxxxx, Xxxx and the former Agua de la Falda mines, in which, at the date hereof, the Company has a 56.7% controlling interest and is indirectly held by Minera Meridian.

More Definitions of Xxxxxxxx Project

Xxxxxxxx Project means the collective reference to the development, mining and commercialization of (a) approximately 32,000 acres of land, mineral leases and other assets located in Holbrook Basin, Arizona (“Holbrook Basin I”).
