Y4 NAND Flash Memory Products has the meaning given in Section 3.2(a)(iii) of the Master Agreement.
Y4 NAND Flash Memory Products means NAND Flash Memory Products manufactured at the Yokkaichi Facility and identified **** as Y4 lots; and (iii)“Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products” means NAND Flash Memory Products manufactured at the Yokkaichi Facility and identified **** as Y5 lots, and “JV Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products” means Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products (as defined herein) allocated to FFL under the FFL Master Agreement.
Y4 NAND Flash Memory Products. “Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products” and “JV Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products” in the JV Agreements are hereby replaced with the following definitions: (i)“Y3 NAND Flash Memory Products” means NAND Flash Memory Products manufactured at the Yokkaichi Facility and identified **** as Y3 lots; (ii)“Y4 NAND Flash Memory Products” means NAND Flash Memory Products manufactured at the Yokkaichi Facility and identified **** as Y4 lots; and (iii)“Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products” means NAND Flash Memory Products manufactured at the Yokkaichi Facility and identified **** as Y5 lots, and “JV Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products” means Y5 NAND Flash Memory Products (as defined herein) allocated to FFL under the FFL Master Agreement.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification.   • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Seller Products means all products and services that are being manufactured or performed by Seller at any time, other than Logic Business Products that are being manufactured or performed by Seller as of the Closing Date.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).
